The shop is 2 miles and Swanage is 4 miles. It is a detached house that sleeps six, set on one level apart from a few internal steps.

The lounge has sea views, a Smart TV, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and an open fire, with the first basket of logs included from October to the end of April. A step down leads to a second lounge with a bay window over the garden and an office space. The kitchen has two ovens, a dishwasher, two fridges, a freezer, a microwave and a washing machine, with a breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms: a double with a 5ft bed, sea views and a door to the garden, whose en-suite shower room is closed off by a bead curtain, not a door; a second double with an en-suite shower room; and a twin. The family bathroom has a bath and WC. Central heating and electric are included.

The garden slopes gently, with a patio, furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Paved terraces at the front are reached by steps, and a meadow garden lies beyond. Three cars fit in the off-road parking. Two dogs are allowed, additional charges may apply, and a large dog crate is available in the living area. Check-in is from 16:00, and the cottage is handed back before 10:00. The house suits two couples or a family who want an open fire, dogs along and a big garden.
