Inside a secure gated community in Weymouth, Harbour Heights is a four-bedroom townhouse for eight with three bathrooms. The designated off-road parking takes two cars. The beach is 0.2 miles away, the harbour, restaurants and shops 0.4 miles, and the nearest pubs 0.1 miles.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a corner sofa, an armchair, a TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fitted with NEFF appliances: a double oven, a grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and an air fryer. A Nespresso machine with a milk frother, a kettle and a toaster are there too, and a Weber gas barbecue is provided. A travel cot, a high chair and a stair gate are available on request.

A super king with an en-suite bath and walk-in shower, and a king with an en-suite walk-in shower, are upstairs, and the heated towel rails are in those rooms. The two ground-floor bedrooms, a king and a double, share a jack and jill en-suite with a bath and a shower over it. Three bathrooms in all keep a full house moving in the morning.

Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. No pets, no smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Works for two families or a multi-generational group who want a ground-floor bedroom or two and a car space within easy reach of the harbour.
