Home from Home near the Sea is a house in Wyke Regis, a village on the south-western side of Weymouth that reaches back as far as Chesil Beach and The Fleet. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the beach 0.2 miles and the pub 0.5 miles.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. On the first floor, off the landing, are a double, a twin and a bunk room. The fourth bedroom is a double under the eaves on the second floor, lit by a Velux window. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a corner bath, a hand-held shower, a separate walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has leather sofas, a mounted TV, a bench and extra seating at the dining table, and a selection of games. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. A highchair is provided. WiFi and gas central heating are fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

No pets can stay, smoking is not permitted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a large family, or two families sharing, who want a bunk room for the children and a short walk to the shingle.
