Harbour Retreat

Harbour Retreat is a first-floor apartment near the harbour in Weymouth, reached over four steps directly outside the property. The open-plan living and dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a leather Chesterfield sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for four.

The king-size bedroom and the twin each have a Smart TV, and a shower room with a walk-in shower serves both. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Fuel, power, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and a hairdryer are included, and there are books, an Alexa speaker and WiFi.

For young children, a travel cot and highchair are available from the property's storage area. A playpen, children's cutlery, books and games are provided too. Parking is a free roadside permit for one car. It must be left in the apartment on departure, or a fee is charged for a replacement.

Weymouth is lively, so some outside noise may be heard. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and the owner can arrange boat fishing trips if asked before booking. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.3 miles. No pets and no smoking. It suits a family of four or two couples who can manage four steps at the door.
