Harbour Watch 2

Harbour Watch 2 stands on the harbourside in Weymouth, with the road to cross and then the harbour wall in front of the door. The lounge looks over the harbour, and the kitchen/diner opens onto a patio with room to eat outside.

The whole flat is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin, which together sleep four, and a shower room with basin and WC. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has a TV, DVD player and CD music system, and the flat has gas central heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

There is no parking at the property. The nearest pay and display car parks are North Quay, about five minutes on foot, and the Nothe, a walk of around ten minutes. The harbour and Hope Square are usually closed to traffic each year for two free festivals, Fayre In The Square in late May and the Wessex Folk Festival in early June, which can bring road closures and parking restrictions on those weekends.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and hen or stag parties are not accepted. A good housekeeping bond is payable. A shop and pub are 0.3 miles away. It suits a family, a couple or two couples who want a ground-floor flat on the water and are happy to walk from a car park.
