Harbour Watch Apartment 1

Harbour Watch Apartment 1 sits beside the Old Harbour on the Brewers Quay side of Weymouth. From the apartment window you can look up and down the harbour at the yachts and fishing boats on their moorings.

Everything is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and one bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The apartment has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine, plus a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are part of the rent.

The apartment is for adults only: it sleeps four adults and does not accept children. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the booking needs a good-housekeeping bond. Two separate shallow steps inside the apartment make it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility.

A furnished patio area is outside. Parking for one car is in a communal off-road area at the rear of the building, a few minutes' walk away, and it can no longer be reached from the back of the apartment. A pub and shop are 5 minutes away. Fayre in the Square (usually the late May bank holiday weekend) and the Wessex Folk Festival (usually the first weekend of June) close the harbour and Hope Square to traffic, which can mean road closures and parking restrictions. The apartment suits two couples travelling together who want to be on the harbour.
