Harbour Watch Apartment 6

Both bedrooms and the living space of Harbour Watch Apartment 6 are on the second floor, directly beside the Old Harbour in Weymouth. The windows look along the harbour to the fishing boats and yachts, and the front door is reached through an electronically secured main entrance.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin. A bathroom with a bath, basin and WC serves the rest of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen and living area has a dining table for four. The apartment also has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge, a freezer and a washer/dryer, with a TV, a CD player and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are covered by the rent.

This is an adults-only apartment: it takes up to four adults and no children. No pets or smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Pay and display car parks at the Council Offices and the Nothe, available through an app, are a few minutes' walk away. A pub and shop are 5 minutes away. Fayre in the Square (usually the late May bank holiday weekend) and the Wessex Folk Festival (usually the first weekend of June) close the harbour and Hope Square to traffic, which can mean road closures and parking restrictions. The apartment suits a couple who want an en-suite bedroom, or two couples sharing.
