The apartment is on the first floor of a development beside the bridge, which opens every two hours during the day in the height of summer to let boats through the inner harbour.
Two bedrooms sleep four. The king-size room has a Juliette balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower with a basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a double. A separate bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Gas central heating warms the apartment, and a TV, a CD music system and WiFi are provided. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included.
A lift and stairs both serve the apartment, and one car fits in the allocated underground space. A pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop and river 0.3 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Right for a couple, or two couples travelling together, who want to watch the boats from a balcony and walk to the restaurants along the harbour.
