Harbourside Haven Apartment 2 has a balcony that can be reached from both the living/dining room and the king-size bedroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a new harbourside development in Weymouth, with views of the marina and harbour, and it sleeps four.

The king-size bedroom opens to its own walk-in shower room. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrors and a dressing table, and the second bathroom has a bath with a shower over. In the living/dining room, wooden flooring sits over underfloor heating, and there is a glass dining table, sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Your car stays in a gated underground space allocated to the apartment, suitable for small cars only because of the tight turning, with a height limit of 2m, a width of 1.8m and a length of 3.983m. The Nothe car park is a few minutes' walk away if you need a second space, and the pay and display multi-storey and other car parks nearby charge a fee. A lift runs to the apartment, though you may need the stairs if it is under maintenance.

House rules are no pets, no smoking and no hen or stag parties, with a good housekeeping bond payable. Request the cot and high chair before arrival. Fire alarm checks are held on Saturdays, 11am to 3pm. The neighbouring property is being built on until autumn 2026, so expect some disruption and a possible change to the harbourside view. The shop and pub are within 0.2 miles and the beach is 0.3 miles. It suits a couple who want a bedroom with its own balcony, or a family of four who want the harbour on the doorstep.
