One thing to settle before booking Harbourside Haven Apartment 3: it has no parking space. The nearest options are the multi-storey car park and other pay and display car parks a few minutes' walk away, some through the Just Park app, all for a fee. The flat is on the second floor of a harbourside development in Weymouth, and a lift runs up to it, though when the lift is out of service for maintenance you will need the stairs.

The living/dining room faces the marina through large patio doors, which open onto a balcony. Cooking is on an induction hob or in the electric oven, with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine to hand. Of the two bedrooms, the king-size has crisp white linen and an en-suite shower room, while the twin looks out over the harbour. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. There is underfloor heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered.

Both a shop and a pub sit within 0.2 miles, and the sand is 0.3 miles from the door. The farmers' market and the independent Palmer's Brewery are in town, and Sandworld and the SEA LIFE Adventure Park suit children.

The flat takes no pets, no smokers and no hen or stag parties, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. A cot and high chair must be asked for before arrival. The fire alarm is checked every Saturday between 11am and 3pm. Construction next door is scheduled to continue into autumn 2026, which may disturb a stay and could alter the harbourside view from the block afterwards. It suits two adults, or two couples, who do not need a car space.
