From the second floor of this harbourside development in Weymouth, Harbourside Haven Apartment 4 looks across the harbour, and two sofas in the living/dining room face large sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The balcony is also reachable from the king-size bedroom. The flat sleeps four.

The king-size bedroom comes with an en-suite walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted mirrored wardrobe, and the bathroom is fully tiled, with a bath and a shower over. A glass dining table seats the group, and a Smart TV and WiFi are included. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Underfloor heating runs through the flat, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is a gated underground space allocated to the flat. It is for small cars, with limits of 2m high, 1.8m wide and 3.983m long, and a lift goes up to the second floor (stairs if it is under maintenance). The multi-storey car park and others reached through the Just Park app are a few minutes' walk and charge a fee.

Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking, hen and stag parties are not taken, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. Most of the building work on the neighbouring property is scheduled to finish in autumn 2026; there may be disruption until then, and the harbour view from the block could look different afterwards. The cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, and the fire alarm is tested each Saturday from 11am to 3pm. It suits a couple who enjoy sitting out over the water, or a small family who want to walk to the beach, 0.3 miles away.
