On the third floor of a harbourside development in Weymouth, Harbourside Haven Penthouse 1 looks out across the marina and sleeps four. Both a lift and stairs go up, but the lift is not guaranteed because it may be out of action for maintenance.

The sitting/dining room has a leather couch, a Smart TV and patio doors that open to a private balcony. In the bedrooms, the double has its own en-suite shower room, and the twin has a vanity unit and fitted wardrobes. The other bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower over it. Kitchen equipment is an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Heating is underfloor, WiFi is installed, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

A gated underground space is allocated to the penthouse. It suits small cars only because of the tight turn into the garage, and the stated limits are 2m high, 1.8m wide and 3.983m long. Pay and display parking is a few minutes away, in the multi-storey or through the Just Park app, all for a fee.

No smoking, pets, hen parties or stag parties, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. Request the cot and high chair ahead of your stay. Alarm checks happen every Saturday, 11am to 3pm. Work is under way on the neighbouring building, mostly due to end in autumn 2026, so some disruption is possible and the harbourside view may change when it is done. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and the beach is 0.3 miles away. It suits a family with young children, or two couples who like being on the top floor.
