The living/dining room in Harbourside Haven Penthouse 2 has an apex beamed ceiling, and the sofa faces the harbour. The penthouse is on the third floor of a development in Weymouth, sleeps four, and has underfloor heating, a Smart TV and WiFi.

A private balcony overlooks the harbour. Of the two bedrooms, the king-size has an en-suite shower room and the twin has fitted mirrored wardrobes and a dressing table. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a bath and a shower over. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a glass table with black chairs seats the group for meals. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent.

A lift and stairs both reach the third floor, though if the lift is out of service for maintenance you will have to use the stairs. One underground, gated space belongs to the penthouse, for small cars only, with height of 2m, width of 1.8m and length of 3.983m. More parking is pay and display: the multi-storey, or Just Park app car parks a few minutes' walk off, all subject to a fee.

Neither pets nor smoking are permitted, hen and stag groups are not taken, and guests pay a good housekeeping bond. A cot and high chair can be provided if requested in advance. A fire alarm check takes place on Saturdays from 11am until 3pm. Neighbouring construction is due to continue until autumn 2026, with possible disruption in the meantime and a chance the harbour view from the block changes afterwards. The beach is 0.3 miles away and the shop and pub are within 0.2 miles. It suits a small family or two friends who want a top-floor harbour view.
