Harbourside

Harbourside is a Grade II listed house in the centre of Weymouth, arranged over three storeys. The ground floor is one open-plan space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a private courtyard sits outside.

The double bedroom is on the first floor and the twin is on the second. The only bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A spiral staircase leads to the top floor. It is steep and narrow, so the twin room is not suitable for children under seven or for anyone with mobility issues, and the ceilings up there slope. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed.

Loading and unloading is possible outside the house, one-hour free bays are close by, and the nearest pay and display car park, Nothe, is about a five-minute walk. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.2 miles. Two festivals in late May and early June close the harbour and Hope Square to traffic. The house sleeps four and suits a couple or two adults with a dog, or friends sharing, who can manage the stairs.
