Haven Roof Terrace

Haven Roof Terrace is a two-bedroom apartment on the south side of Swanage, spread over three storeys. The roof terrace has a table and chairs and sun loungers, and it looks out to sea. The beach is 150 metres away, while the shop and the pub are 0.5 miles.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and the twin has an en-suite shower room. They sit on the lower levels, along with a utility room and a separate WC. There is also a washing machine. A curved staircase climbs to the top of the apartment, where the lounge, kitchen and dining area share one open-plan space under a vaulted ceiling. Doors there open on to a conservatory-style seating area and then the terrace. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Two sloping driveways lead to the car ports, and the car ports are not suitable for low-slung cars. Children under 8 are not accepted, and the apartment does not take dogs. Please bring beach towels of your own. Check-in starts at 4pm, and check-out is before 10am.

The apartment suits two couples, or adults travelling with a child of 8 or over, who do not mind a curved staircase between levels.
