Haven Vista

Haven Vista is a reverse-layout terraced house in a quiet spot on the rise east of the centre of Swanage. The beach, the pubs and the shops are all within 0.5 miles, and Durlston Country Park is close by. A private entrance door opens into an inner hallway with a utility area and a separate WC.

The bedrooms are on the first floor, and both have sea views. One has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Opposite is a second king-size room, which can be made into two singles on request, with an en-suite shower room. A further winding staircase leads to the second floor, where the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has panoramic sea views, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher; the utility area downstairs has a washer/dryer. A private balcony with seating opens from the lounge, and the house has use of a shared garden next door with flower beds, a lawn and benches facing the bay.

There are two off-road parking spaces. Children aged over 10 are welcome and dogs are not allowed. The house suits two couples, or friends sharing, who don't mind climbing to the top floor for the view.
