Heathers

Heathers is a contemporary new-build house in Swanage, with a king-size bedroom and a twin. The shop, the beach and the pub are each about 0.5 miles away, and Old Harry Rocks is 3.4 miles along the coast.

From the hallway, the lounge, kitchen and dining area is on the left, with a four-seater table and a Smart TV. The appliances are an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A shower room with a WC is on the ground floor.

A narrow staircase leads to a snug on the first floor, next to the family bathroom. Because the first floor sits in the eaves, headroom is restricted in places.

Doors from the living area open onto an enclosed garden with a raised, furnished deck, a patio, a lawn and a charcoal BBQ. A storage area at the side takes bikes and water sports equipment. Off-road parking is for two small cars or one large car. Arrival day starts at 16:00, and departure is before 10:00.

Two dogs can stay, with additional charges possible. The house suits a family of four or two couples travelling with dogs who want a garden that is fully enclosed.
