Herbert's Place

Herbert's Place is a two-bedroom cottage in the centre of Swanage that sleeps four. The shop, the pub and the beach are all 350 metres away, and there is private parking for one car with electric vehicle charging on site. Dogs are not accepted at the cottage.

On the ground floor the kitchen has a table for meals together, a door out to the courtyard and an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a Smart TV and a DAB radio. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king-size four-poster bed and an en-suite shower room; the other has two single beds that zip and link, and if you ask when booking they can be made up as a super-king. The family shower room, also upstairs, has a large shower, a WC and basin, and a heated towel rail.

The courtyard garden has a patio, plants and a table and chairs. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available, and guests bring their own cot linen and beach towels. Guests can check in from 4pm and should check out before 10am.

The cottage suits two couples, or a family with a young child, who want a courtyard and charging for an electric car.
