Higher Bay View

Higher Bay View is a two-bedroom house in Weymouth, with the beach, a shop and a pub each within 1 mile. Off-road parking for two cars comes with it, and there is free parking on the road nearby for any extra vehicle.

A hallway leads to an inner hallway and all the main rooms. The kitchen and dining area has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living room has dual-aspect windows with glimpses of the sea in the distance, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and a separate snug gives a second place to sit.

Of the two bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and one a double. The family shower room is tiled and has a corner shower and a WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden at the side and rear is mostly lawn. The terrace has outdoor furniture and a glass balustrade, and from it the views stretch towards the sea. A single dog is welcome; additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The house suits two couples, or a couple with a dog, who want somewhere to sit outside with a view and room to park.
