Hill View

Hill View is a first-floor maisonette in Swanage, set over two floors and reached through a communal entrance. The first floor has a sitting room, a hallway dining area with a solid wood table and chairs, and a renovated kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. Heating is by gas central heating, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

The double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, is on the first floor, and the twin is on the second floor. The second-floor bathroom has a bath and keeps its original yellow suite, with the tiling renovated. The maisonette has two bedrooms and sleeps four. A cot and a highchair are available, and WiFi is included.

One allocated parking space comes with the property. Burlington Chine beach and Swanage Bay are within walking distance, the town centre is about a 20-minute walk, and the shop is 0.3 miles away with a pub 0.2 miles and two hotel restaurants within 0.1 miles. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.

Bookings run Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, or Friday to Friday by the week, and from 1 May to the end of September only weekly bookings starting on a Friday are accepted. From January 2027 a beach hut is included with every booking. It suits a couple who like walking the coast path, or a small family of up to four.
