Hillview - Litton Cheney

Hillview is a first-floor apartment for two in Litton Cheney, next to the owners' own home, with privacy for guests. You reach it along a shared gravel drive and then a narrow path to the entrance door, which has nine steps up to it. The single bedroom is a twin with an en-suite shower room and WC, and because the rooms sit within the eaves, head height is restricted in places.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a Smart TV, a sofa and an electric fire in the style of a wood burner. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Heating is a night storage heater in the lounge and electric heating in the bedroom and shower room.

The main entrance door and five steps lead to the private enclosed garden, which is mostly lawn with borders and a patio with a table and chairs. The parking space is below the apartment. The beach and shop are 4 miles away, and the pub is under a mile. Check-in is from 15:00 and departure is before 10:00.

One dog is allowed, with additional charges that may apply. Confirm the pet policy when booking. The apartment suits two adults who can manage steps and want a garden of their own.
