Honey Bee - Wild Meadow Cottages

Honey Bee is a semi-detached cottage, built in 2019, on a working farm in the Broadwey area of Weymouth. A short path leads from the parking area to the front door, and there are two off-road spaces. The beach is 2.5 miles away; the nearest shop and pub are 1 mile off.

Past the porch, the ground floor is one open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with bi-fold doors to the garden, a wood burner (logs included) and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a Ninja air fryer, a smoothie maker and a Nespresso machine, though pods are not provided. A shower room and WC lead off this room. Electric and central heating are included, as are bathrobes, and there is Wi-Fi.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and its own en-suite. The super-king-size has a free-standing bath, a Juliet balcony over the surrounding countryside and an en-suite WC; the twin room has an en-suite shower and WC.

Behind the cottage is a private enclosed garden with a hot tub, charcoal BBQ and furniture. A shared utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer sits in the central atrium between the properties, and a shared orchard behind the garden has an outdoor snug. There is bike storage. One dog is welcome, with additional charges; dogs are not allowed upstairs or in the orchard, and dogs aged 12 months or younger are not accepted. It suits a couple, or two couples, who want a hot tub and a wood burner on a farm.
