The lounge faces south and has a Smart TV with a Sky package. A separate games room has a full-sized pool table, a dartboard, Sky TV and a bar area.

The south-facing garden is enclosed, with a patio, furniture and lawn. Off-road parking is for three cars, with further roadside parking subject to availability. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Two dogs may stay, and an extra charge is made. The house suits a multi-generational group or two families who want a games room and a sea-facing balcony.
