The White House

The White House is a townhouse over three floors that sits between Bridport and West Bay, with room for ten guests. The sitting room has a beamed ceiling and a wood floor, and the house has gas central heating with an electric stove-effect fire. A sunroom holds an extensive dining table, with French doors out to the garden, and there are also a kitchen, a utility room and a cloakroom.

All five bedrooms have their own en-suite. Two are king-size and three are doubles, and one king-size and one double are on the second floor. Four of the en-suites have walk-in showers, and the second-floor double has a bath with a shower over it.

The garden is walled and enclosed, with lawns and furniture, and a patio. Parking is for four cars in total, two outside spaces and two in the garage. The kitchen has a gas oven, grill and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is also an Amazon Echo, a TV, a CD player and WiFi.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is 0.1 miles away and the shop 0.6 miles. The White House suits two or three families, or a group of friends, who each want an en-suite, with a walled garden where children and dogs can roam.
