Kiama

Kiama stands on three floors in Weymouth and looks over Sandsfoot Castle and its gardens, with elevated sea views. The pub and beach are 0.2 miles away and the shop 0.3 miles. One car can park in front of the house.

The ground floor holds the utility room with the washing machine, a cloakroom and the way into the garage. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the kitchen and diner and the living and dining room are found. The living room has a wall-mounted TV and opens onto a balcony with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. Gas central heating is fitted, there are two TVs and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor: a double with its own TV and a twin, so the house sleeps four. They share a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. Behind the house is an enclosed garden with a lawn, a patio and furniture, and the Rodwell Trail is a few minutes away. There are steps to the outside and inside of the property, and pets and smoking are not allowed. Kiama suits a family of four or two couples who are comfortable with stairs.
