Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is a terraced house in the Maltings development in Weymouth. The front door opens into the sitting room, the kitchen lies beyond, and a conservatory used as the dining room is reached through the kitchen.

The two bedrooms are a king-size and a twin, which sleep four between them. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, and a separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is WiFi and a TV. There is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent.

At the back, the garden has decking and a patio table with chairs. The parking space is allocated, off-road and 4m wide. A shop and pub are five minutes away on foot, and Newton's Cove, with rock pools for children, is just around the corner. Restaurants, pubs and cafes are all within a leisurely walk, and the Maltings is a quiet residential development.

No pets and no smoking are allowed. It suits a family of four or two couples who want a quiet residential development within reach of the Brewers Quay area and the harbour.
