Lagoon View is a three-bedroom house in the village of Wyke Regis, near Weymouth, with uninterrupted sea views and room for five. The living space is open plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, and there is a conservatory and a cloakroom as well. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the house has a Smart TV and WiFi.

Upstairs are a double, a twin and a single bedroom, and the shower room has a walk-in shower. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and a highchair are available for families with small children.

Patio doors open from the living space onto an enclosed, lawned garden. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Off-road parking takes one car, and there is an EV charging point. The pub is 0.5 miles away, the shop 0.6 miles and the beach 1.4 miles.

Check one thing before booking: from mid May 2026 the neighbouring property is having a roof extension, expected to take roughly eight months, and the owner says the builders will be considerate. The house suits a family of up to five with a pet, or a smaller group that wants a garden and a car space.
