Langham Cottage

Langham Cottage is a terraced house near the end of Albert Villas, a quiet cul-de-sac on a hill that is steep at its junction with the main road, on the Isle of Portland. Chesil Beach is a few moments away, and the cottage has views out to sea. It rises over three floors, and narrow cottage stairs lead up to a second-floor sitting room with coastal views.

The ground-floor sitting room has a dining area and a log burner, with the first basket of logs included, and a cloakroom with a basin and WC is also on that floor. The house has a kitchen with its own dining area and a utility room. Two bedrooms sleep four: a super king-size and a twin. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a gas hob, an electric oven and a microwave. A cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available, and gas central heating, WiFi, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is on the street, first come first served, with more spaces within a five-minute walk. A small car park between the cottage and the beach, three minutes away down a footpath and steps, has free parking for 20 cars on the same basis. The walled patio has outdoor furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A pub, a shop and the beach are each about five minutes away. The cottage suits a couple, or a small family, with one dog.
