Leo's Place

Leo's Place is a mid-terrace house in the middle of Weymouth, with the shop 0.1 miles away, the pub and river 0.2 miles and the beach a mile off. It is laid out over two floors, and both bedrooms and the shower room are upstairs. Downstairs are a kitchen and a living/dining room, and Weymouth's sandy beach runs for three miles.

The double bedroom has its own TV and the other room is a twin; the shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric double oven, a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is no washing machine. Live TV comes through the on-demand apps on the television, and there is also a Sky box. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The twin has two single beds, so the house sleeps four, and the shower room is the only bathroom.

Patio doors lead to an enclosed patio with furniture, a covered seating area and a woodburning stove. Parking is on the road, first come, first served. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. There are no pets and no smoking. It suits a family of four who want a town-centre base with a stove to gather round outside.
