Lily's Pad

Lily's Pad is a ground-floor apartment in Weston, on the Isle of Portland. The living and dining room has a sofa, a Smart TV and a dining area with seating for four, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an air fryer, a washing machine and a kettle. A second TV and WiFi are provided, central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There are two bedrooms. One is a double. The other holds single beds and has a TV and an armchair. A family bathroom with a bath, basin and WC serves both. A high chair and a travel cot are available for small children. On the island, Portland Bill Lighthouse and Portland Castle are among the places to visit, and Weymouth has the SEA LIFE Centre.

Parking is off-road, for one car. The shop and pub are each 0.2 miles from the door, and the coast is 1 mile away. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and smoking is not allowed.

Pets, including dogs, are not allowed. Having a single bathroom and one parking space, the apartment suits a small family or two friends who want a ground-floor base on Portland.
