Little Crabapple

Little Crabapple is a single-storey annex in the village of Langton Matravers, on the Isle of Purbeck, 2.6 miles from Swanage. The annex is attached to the owner's home. Inside is one open-plan space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and an original stable door looks out from the sitting room.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. Gas central heating, a TV, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A private driveway holds one car. At the front is a garden that is shared with the owner, with a bench for guests to use. The pub is 0.1 miles away and the shop 0.2 miles, and Priests Way, a route for walking or cycling, is a short walk from the annex. No pets and no smoking.

Only babes in arms are accepted, so the annex does not take children older than that. It suits a couple who want a one-bedroom stay in a village within reach of Swanage and the Purbeck coast.
