Little Dairy House

Little Dairy House is near Swanage, on its outskirts, 2.6 miles from the town. Upstairs are a double bedroom with its own sheltered balcony and a twin. The first-floor ceilings slope, which creates a height restriction.

A bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower and a handheld shower head. There is a step up into the bathroom.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and a starter pack for it comes with the rent along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and there is a utility room too. A washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher are among the appliances. The house also has a Smart TV, WiFi and an iron, and its central heating runs on oil.

The enclosed rear garden has an artificial lawn and a trampoline, and overlooks a railway line. Off-road parking is ample. A highchair, a travel cot and a stairgate can be requested. The shop and the pub are each 0.5 miles away. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a bond is payable. The house suits a family with young children or two couples who want a garden and a wood burner.
