Little Greenacre

Little Greenacre is a one-bedroom cottage in Hazelbury Bryan, a village near Sturminster Newton. It adjoins the owner's home, but it has a private entrance of its own, a private garden and a parking space, and it is booked for two guests.

Inside, the lounge, kitchen and dining table share one open room. The lounge has an electric fire that imitates a wood burner, a Smart TV with a DVD player and a sofa bed, although the cottage is booked for two. The galley kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The cottage is too small for infants, so none can be accommodated.

The garden is secluded, with a lawn, a patio and furniture for eating outside, and there is lockable storage for outdoor equipment. Parking is off-road for one car. A pub and a shop are within walking distance. There is a strict policy against charging electric cars at the property, so plan any charging elsewhere.

Dogs are not allowed. The cottage suits a couple who want a quiet base with their own garden and are happy without a baby in tow.
