Little Gull Cottage

Little Gull Cottage stands on a pedestrian-only lane in Weymouth, with the harbour 200m away, a supermarket 200m and the beach 750m. It rises over three floors and sleeps five: a king-size bedroom, a double on the second floor and a single. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a downstairs cloakroom has a basin and WC.

The central stairs to the first floor are open tread, so take care. The sitting room has a dining area and a gas fire, and the kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. A smart TV, fibre WiFi, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and a highchair can be arranged. At the back, an enclosed courtyard patio has garden furniture.

Because the lane is pedestrian-only, there is no on-street parking at the door. Roadside parking nearby is first come, first served, and there are several other options close by. Pets are allowed but must stay off soft furnishings such as sofas, unless you bring your own blankets for them. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits friends or a family who would rather walk everywhere than drive.
