Little Tern

Little Tern is a mid-terrace cottage at Brewers Quay Harbour in Weymouth that sleeps four. A shop is 0.4 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 1.2 miles. The Galley Bistro in the Victorian brewery buildings, the Rodwell Trail and Nothe Fort are all close. The designated parking is number 47, and this spot actually contains two parking spaces, so please use the left-hand space.

Downstairs are a sitting room with two sofas and a TV, and a kitchen/diner with a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with shaker-style cabinets and integrated appliances. Upstairs are a double and a twin, and the bathroom is close by, with a bath and a shower over, metro tiling and monochrome fittings. The double bedroom has storage space.

The rear garden is enclosed and on several levels, with a courtyard, terraced areas and furniture. It has steep steps, which is why children under six are not accepted, and it may be unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Off-season, winter, last-minute and Christmas short breaks are offered. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. WiFi is included, with fuel and power, bed linen and towels. It suits a family with children aged six or over, or a couple with a pet.
