Lodmoor House

Lodmoor House is a two-bedroom family house in Weymouth, for couples or a family of four, plus one well-behaved pet. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles and the beach one mile. In the town, RSPB Radipole Lake, the Weymouth Pavilion and Nothe Fort are among the places to visit. Parking is allocated at the rear, or on the road at the front.

Both gardens are put to work. The front garden has a storage shed for bikes, kayaks and beach gear. At the back, an enclosed garden is secure for dogs and has decking, seating and a terraced raised patio. A stairgate is available.

The ground floor has a kitchen and diner and a separate sitting room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine, and there are a TV and WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Upstairs, the bedrooms hold a king-size double and two single beds, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and the house is for holidaymakers only. It suits a family of four or two couples travelling with a pet who want a private garden.
