Maisy Cottage

Maisy Cottage stands in the Maltings development in Weymouth, a residential spot within a five-minute walk of Brewers Quay and Hope Square. The finish is contemporary, and the rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

The ground-floor kitchen has a wooden dining table for four. The cottage has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A door leads straight out to the small landscaped back garden, which has a patio and furniture. Two cars can park at the rear of the cottage, though the access to the parking area has a height restriction of just under 7ft.

The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the bathroom has a bath and a shower over. The stairs are narrow, cottage-style stairs. A cot is available, but bedroom space is restricted while it is in use, and you bring your own cot linen. There is a Smart TV and a Blu-ray player, and WiFi is included.

Four guests is the limit, and pets and smoking are not allowed. A pub and shop are ten minutes away and the beach is a mile off. Newton's Cove is three minutes away on foot. The cottage suits a couple or a small family who want a quiet residential street and their own parking.
