Manor Farm House

Manor Farm House is a restored Georgian house, around 300 years old, in Bere Regis, with the pub and shop both 0.1 miles away. It sleeps six and has three bedrooms on the first floor, reached by a staircase: two super king-size rooms and a twin. One of the super king-size rooms has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a hand-held shower and a heated towel rail.

The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a hand-held shower and a heated towel rail. On the ground floor are a kitchen, a sitting room and a dining room, each of the last two with its own woodburning stove, plus a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric range oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/drier. There is a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating runs through the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, gravel and a picnic bench. To reach it you leave through the front door and enter by the side gate, so it is not directly off the house. A small courtyard opens straight from the dining room. Off-road parking takes three cars. Please do not charge electric vehicles at the property, as that would invalidate the insurance.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. It suits a group of six, family or friends, with up to two dogs who want a house with two stoves and room for three cars.
