Riverside Barn - Culeaze

Riverside Barn is a single-storey barn conversion in the hamlet of Culeaze, near Wareham and Bere Regis. The Piddle Valley and the River Piddle are in view, and the rear garden looks over fields and water meadows. The open-plan living and kitchen area has a vaulted, beamed ceiling, a beamed fireplace with a log-effect gas fire, a Smart TV with a DVD player and a tiled floor.

The three bedrooms open off the same level, with beam detailing in each and an en-suite bathroom to each: one double and two twins. Two of the en-suites have a shower over the bath and one has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The rear garden is private and fully enclosed, with a lawn, seating, a south-facing raised patio, and quoits and croquet for outdoor games. A BBQ is available on request. The gravelled parking area at the side has EV charging, and bike storage and extra parking can be arranged with the owner. The local pub and shop are 2 miles away.

Dogs are accepted, three at most, and additional charges may apply. They are not permitted in the bedrooms, and a gate separates the living area from them. A hose is provided for washing muddy paws. No children under 3 can be booked in. The barn suits a group of up to six, or a family with older children, who want an en-suite bedroom each and a private garden.
