Marina - Swanage

Marina is an end-of-terrace house in a quiet residential area of Swanage, at the end of a short path from the road. The beach is 900 metres away, and a shop and pub are within 400 metres.

A porch at the front has room for boots and coats. The open-plan lounge and dining room has a Smart TV at the front, and the dining area at the back overlooks the garden and gives a glimpse of the sea. An arch leads to the kitchen, fitted in 2022, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a wine cooler fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A highchair is available.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size, a twin with 2ft 6in beds, and a single with a TV. A shower room with a WC and bidet serves the whole house.

A door from the kitchen opens onto a raised terrace, and steps lead down to a patio with furniture and a gravelled area. The garden is enclosed. Parking is in roadside bays, subject to availability. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The house suits a family or a small group who want a garden and a kitchen with a dishwasher, and who are happy to share one shower room.
