Marina View Townhouse

Marina View Townhouse is a two-bedroom house close to the marina in Weymouth. Two pubs are 50 metres away, a supermarket is 200 metres off, the town centre is 300 metres and the beach is 0.5 miles. Nothe Fort is less than a mile from the property.

The kitchen/diner is at ground-floor level, with a breakfast bar, a table, a TV and a downstairs WC. It is fitted with a gas hob, an electric fan oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge is on the first floor, with a second TV and an Xbox 360. The bathroom is on that level too and has a bath and a separate shower.

The double bedroom and the twin are on the floor above the lounge, and the double has views over the marina. There is a WC on every floor. A travel cot and highchair are available, and guests bring their own cot bedding. A welcome pack is included.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The kitchen has a dog bed under the stairs, and the enclosed courtyard has garden furniture and a dog hose. Parking is on the surrounding streets, very close to the house. The townhouse suits a small family or two couples who want the harbour and the town centre close by and a place to rinse sandy paws after the beach.
