Mayflower

Mayflower is a two-bedroom flat in Swanage, close to the sea front and the Victorian pier. All the rooms are on the ground floor, though there are five small steps up to the main building.

The living and dining room has two large sofas and a table that seats four. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is a TV and WiFi. The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, the second bedroom is a twin, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. There is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Each bedroom has its own storage furniture, and a travel cot and a highchair are available. Swanage Beach is nearby, and the town has pubs and restaurants for the evenings when nobody wants to cook. Parking is one allocated space, with further off-road spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. The nearest shop and pub are 0.5 miles away.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family of four, or two couples sharing, who want everything on one floor and a short trip to the beach.
