Meadow View Cottage

Meadow View Cottage is a mid-terrace house in West Lulworth, reached from the roadside along a shared pathway and up some steps. Of the two bedrooms, the king-size is on the ground floor, just off the entrance hall, and has its own en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The beach, the pub and a shop are all within walking distance.

The living space is upstairs. The first floor has a lounge with sofas, a Smart TV with Netflix and a balcony with distant countryside views, next to a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath are on this floor too. On the stairs between the two floors is a snug with restricted head height, set up as a games room with a TV and bean bags.

Steps lead down from the kitchen to a multilevel garden with a patio, a table and chairs and areas of lawn. Because of the changes of level, small children need watching. There is one off-road parking space, reached from the back of the garden, and it is small; more roadside parking at the front is subject to availability. No dogs are allowed. The cottage suits two couples or a small family who want the main bedroom on the ground floor and don't mind climbing a flight of stairs to the lounge.
