Winfrith Cottage

Winfrith Cottage is a two-bedroom house in West Lulworth with the beach 150 yards away. The pub is 350 metres off and the shop half a mile. The ground floor is a single open-plan room for the lounge, kitchen and dining area, with underfloor heating, a Smart TV and a separate WC.

The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a built-in microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a fitted wardrobe and countryside views, and a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a tea tray, along with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a double sofa bed on the ground floor, but the cottage is booked for four guests. The cottage also has a travel cot and a highchair. Heating comes from an air source heat pump.

The enclosed patio garden has dining furniture, a fire pit and a BBQ. Two cars can be parked off the road: one on the driveway and one in a carport 50 metres from the front door. Two dogs are welcome, with extra charges possible. The cottage suits a couple, or two couples, who want the beach on the doorstep and bring a dog or two.
