Mermaid House

Mermaid House sits at Brewers Quay Harbour, in Weymouth, with the shop, a pub and the harbour all 0.2 miles away. Dorchester is 8.7 miles away. A blue colour scheme runs through the rooms, and the living/dining room has orange leather sofas and a country-style dining table.

The bedrooms are upstairs: a double, a twin and a single with dedicated hanging space, sleeping five in all. They share a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it and a heated towel rail. A cloakroom with a basin and WC is on the ground floor. Gas central heating is fitted.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and the living/dining room is a separate space. Out the back is a multi-level garden with decking and furniture, and one allocated off-road space takes a single car. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, with a TV and WiFi.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The house suits a family of up to five or friends staying by the harbour, provided they need only one parking space, since the allocated space takes a single car.
