Miller's Cottage

Miller's Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage in the village of Puddletown, with Moreton nearby. It is built for two, with a double bedroom and a shower room that has a walk-in shower, a handheld shower, a heated towel rail and a WC. The village shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the river 0.3 miles.

The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, and the owners leave a starter kit for it. The kitchen holds an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a slimline dishwasher and a coffee maker, and there is a TV, a radio and WiFi. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Behind the cottage the rear garden is enclosed and laid out on several levels, with a patio, a lawn and furniture, and steps up to the lawn. Parking is roadside. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed.

A good-housekeeping bond is payable. Stays of two nights are accepted from November to the end of March, with a three-night minimum for the rest of the year, and two-night stays are not taken over Christmas and New Year. The cottage suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a woodburner and a garden within a short walk of a shop and a pub.
