Church Farm House

Church Farm House is a two-person annexe on a quiet no-through road in rural Dorset, 1 mile from the village of Wool and near Moreton. It has its own separate entrance and a hall, with a U-shaped kitchen leading to a lounge and dining room. Durdle Door is 5.5 miles away and Lulworth Cove 5 miles.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. In the lounge there is a Smart TV and a dining table next to French doors that open onto the garden. A flight of stairs leads up to the king-size bedroom under the eaves. Opposite is the bathroom, with a corner bath, a separate shower and a WC.

Patio doors lead to an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Private parking is a single allocated off-road space. The pub and shop are within 1 mile and the beach is 5.5 miles away. Wool, 1 mile off, has pubs, shops and a train station.

Two dogs are allowed, with an additional charge possible. Sheep and poultry graze in the adjacent paddock, so the annexe may not suit reactive dogs. It suits a couple who want a self-contained base outside the village with a bath and a shower.
