Winfrith By The River

This one-bedroom home is in Winfrith Newburgh, a village in the Isle of Purbeck, near Moreton. It is set up for a couple, with a double bedroom that opens through to the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. An additional single bed can be provided for one more guest, so the most it takes is 3.

The living space is one open-plan room: lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a wood burner, with the first basket of logs included, and a TV with Netflix and a DVD player. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Heating is electric and central, and Wi-Fi is included.

At the front there is an off-road space for one car, and across the driveway is a separate seating area with a table and chairs. The village pub and shop are within walking distance, the beach is 3.5 miles away, and the nearby village of Wool has a train station.

Two dogs are allowed, with an additional charge possible. It suits a couple with a dog, or two adults and a third guest who can use the extra single bed.
