Little Water Barn

Little Water Barn is in the hamlet of East Burton, 1.5 miles from the village of Wool and near Moreton. It stands beside the owners' Grade II listed house at the end of a gated drive, with its own entrance. The property is reached along a private unmade lane. It is for two guests, and babies and children are not accepted.

Inside, the hallway leads to a kitchen and dining room with an electric oven and induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. A utility room holds a washer/dryer. The lounge has a 43-inch Smart TV, and stairs lead up to the gallery-style king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC downstairs.

The garden sits on the bank of a tributary of the River Frome, a short stroll along the driveway. It is gated and enclosed, for the exclusive use of guests and their dog, and has decking, garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ. One allocated off-road parking space is at the front of the barn, and a 3-pin socket for mode 2 EV charging is payable to the owner.

One dog is allowed, with an additional charge possible. The shop and pub are within 1 mile, the beach 4 miles, and Wool mainline station a 20-minute walk. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a quiet setting by the river.
