Minerva

Minerva is a detached brick house over two storeys on a private estate at Crossways, near Dorchester and close to Warmwell. Downstairs, the open-plan living space has a kitchen with marble-finish worktops, a breakfast bar for four, a dining table for six that overlooks the back garden, and a wood burner. The kitchen has an oven, an integrated microwave and other built-in appliances, and a utility room holds a washer/dryer. A Smart TV is in the living area.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has a TV, an en-suite shower room and access to a balcony at the back of the house. The second bedroom is a double, and the third is a bunk room with a double bed below and a single above. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, and a separate WC makes two bathrooms and a WC in all.

The rear garden has decking, outdoor seating, a coffee table and electric points, with a lawn beyond. Parking for one car is on the gravelled drive at the side of the house, with more in the estate's main car park, and an EV charging point is provided.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges that may apply, and they must be kept on leads around developed areas and communal paths to protect the reed beds and ground-nesting birds. A restaurant and private beach are on site, the shop is 0.5 miles away and the pub 1.5 miles. Access to the shared pool and spa is payable on arrival. A refundable damage deposit is payable the week before arrival. Quiet hours run after 11pm, and hen and stag parties and work-related stays are not allowed. The house suits a family of up to seven who want a deck and a garden with a dog along.
